![]() Jaime EllertsonChairman & CEO Jaime Ellertson is Everbridge's Chairman of the Board and CEO. Before its acquisition by Everbridge, Mr. Ellertson was the Chairman and CEO of CloudFloor Corporation, a company he helped form in late 2010 focused on the emerging Enterprise Cloud Computing market. Prior to CloudFloor, Mr. Ellertson served as CEO of Gomez Inc., the foremost Internet Performance Management provider from 2005 to 2010, leading them through an IPO registration that resulted in the successful sale of Gomez to Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ: CPWR) in October of 2009. Mr. Ellertson also served as CEO, President and director of S1 Corporation (NASDAQ: SONE), a software provider to the financial services marketplace from 2000 to 2005. From 1997 to 2000, he orchestrated the highly successful turnaround of Interleaf Inc. (NASDAQ: LEAF), a provider of software tools for e-content management. Under his leadership as CEO and Chairman of the Board, Interleaf Inc. saw its public market capitalization increase over 7,000%, culminating in its acquisition by BroadVision Inc. in April 2000. Mr. Ellertson served as EVP and GM of Worldwide Strategic Operations of BroadVision Inc. during the merger integration period in 2000. Previous to Interleaf, Mr. Ellertson founded several high growth software companies, including Document Automation Corporation (1982-1987), Openware Technologies (1990-1995) and Purview Technologies Inc. (1996-1997). Mr. Ellertson currently serves on the board of directors of Qvidian, a SaaS provider of applications that improve sales force effectiveness (from 2010-present) and the Yankee Group, a leading business services group (from 2011 to present). |
![]() Cinta PutraChief Financial Officer and SVP Business Operations Cinta Putra is Everbridge's Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Business Operations and one of the company's co-founders. Ms. Putra is responsible for overseeing the company's global financial strategy as well as driving operational efficiencies. Read more... Prior to her current role, Ms. Putra lead Everbridge in the capacity of CEO for nearly nine years from its founding to its acquisition of CloudFloor in 2011. Ms. Putra brings 20 years of experience in management, finance, and operations to Everbridge. Prior to Everbridge, she co-founded and served as President of Game Units, a successful niche provider of customizable, demographically targeted video game units to customers that included Fortune 500 companies. Her previous experience includes co-founding Abacus Energy Services, an electric service provider company, and working in various senior-level leadership positions for PMC Global, a billion-dollar manufacturing conglomerate where Ms. Putra was responsible for worldwide financial operations and spearheaded several key projects including certain acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Prior to PMC Global, she held management positions for Liner Health Products one of America's largest manufacturers of vitamins, minerals and herbal nutritional supplements. Ms. Putra holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance and an MBA in Management from California State University. She is an expert resource and frequent contributor to a number of emergency communication publications and was named the number-one expert to discuss the 2003 Northeast Blackout and the number-two expert to discuss the 2004 Asian tsunami. |
Gary PhillipsSenior Vice President of Global Sales Most recently, Gary was Vice President of North American APM Sales at Compuware, prior to the acquisition of Gomez he held a similar position as Vice President of North America Sales. Read more... Prior to Gomez, Gary was CEO at Marathon Technologies, a provider of high availability software in the business continuity market. Gary also held the position of Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Services at Avaki, a leading enterprise integration software company, which was acquired by Sybase. Previously Gary led sales at Bowstreet, a Web services company and Interleaf a Content Management Company, that was acquired by BroadVision, where he was General Manager for the America’s. Earlier in Gary’s career he held various management positions at BBN, Wang Labs and started his career in sales at NCR. Gary holds a BS in business administration and marketing from Plymouth State College. |
![]() Marc LadinChief Marketing Officer Marc Ladin, Chief Marketing Officer, drives Everbridge's go-to-market strategy and leads all marketing functions, including product marketing and management, marketing communications, market intelligence, and customer relationship management. Read more... Mr. Ladin has more than 17 years of software, hardware, and services marketing experience. Before joining Everbridge, Mr. Ladin served as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Internet America, a publicly traded Internet services company. He was co-founder and President of Yfinium, a startup technology company in the wireless systems integration arena, and served in various sales and marketing management positions with BindView Security Software, PDQ.net, and Compaq Computer where he was one of the founding members of Compaq's first Internet division. Mr. Ladin graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor degree in Finance. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on technology and Internet-related issues and served as an adjunct marketing professor to the University of Houston's MBA program, teaching a class on marketing strategy. |
![]() Imad MoulineChief Strategy Officer Imad Mouline, is an entrepreneur and veteran of software R&D. His areas of expertise include Cloud Computing, Software-as-a-Service, and mobile applications. Prior to co-founding CloudFloor and helping secure a $3.1 million financing round, Imad served as CTO of Compuware’s (NASDAQ:CPWR) $250 million APM Solutions division, formed after the company acquired Gomez and consolidated its high-growth application performance management solutions. At Gomez, Imad served as CTO and led the expansion of their product portfolio and market presence, growing the company’s valuation in less than four years from under $20 million to its acquisition by Compuware for $295 million. Prior to Compuware, Imad served as CTO of S1 Corporation (NASDAQ:SONE) from 2001 to 2005. From 2000 to 2001, he served as director of engineering in the office of the CTO at BroadVision, after its $852 million acquisition of Interleaf. Imad is a regular presenter at various industry conferences such as Cloud Connect, Interop, the Ajax Experience and MIT CIO Symposium, as well as being a frequent contributor to leading online and print publications including The New York Times, USA Today, BusinessWeek, NetworkWorld, Forbes, and more. |
![]() Scott SullivanChief Technology Officer Scott Sullivan, Chief Technology Officer, develops and executes the overall technology vision for Everbridge while leading the company’s product management, engineering and technical operations organizations.
A seasoned technology executive with a track record of delivering technology solutions and managing infrastructure growth to position companies for success, Mr. Sullivan most recently served as Chief Technology Officer, Interactive for Tribune Company and the Los Angeles Times (a subsidiary of Tribune). His experience also includes leadership roles with organizations including Edmunds.com, where as Chief Information Officer, he was responsible for the company’s overall information technology and product development efforts; and Yahoo!/Overture Services, where as Senior Vice President of Technology Operations and Engineering, he increased service levels, improved revenue performance, enhanced product quality and decreased product development time for the Web portal. Mr. Sullivan graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in finance and minor in computer science. |
