- Global language support. The Everbridge user interface, call flow prompts, and text-to-speech engine are available in multiple languages. Everbridge provides standard language support, at no additional cost, for English (US and UK), French, German, Portuguese, Spanish (Latin America and Europe), Danish, Italian, Norwegian, Russian, and Swedish. Additional languages are added on an ongoing basis.
- Regulatory compliance. Everbridge enables business continuity communications required to fulfill compliance, audit, and regulatory obligations such as NASD 3510 and Sarbanes-Oxley. In addition to automated incident notification, Everbridge provides real-time confirmation data and full audit-trail reporting featuring a history of communications, delivery attempts and acknowledgements from recipients.
- Locally provisioned toll-free phone access. Everbridge supplies local toll-free access for phone activation, standard message retrieval and inbound communications. This capability eliminates the burden placed on employees to learn complex, confusing and often-unknown dialing rules associated with direct international (long distance) calls. Inbound numbers provide local toll-free access, which are routed directly to the Everbridge emergency notification platform.
- Organizational hierarchies. Organizations can distribute responsibility for managing contact data and assign administration rights, while the parent organization retains the ability to manage a single application across the global enterprise. Each organization can distribute system access to multiple lines of business, locations, departments, and/or any other business-specific structure. In addition, the Everbridge Aware system supports unique system configurations, administrators, IDs, personalized greeting messages, scenarios, and pre-recorded message libraries.

Bank of Hawaii keeps management abreast of a public health emergency
When cases of H1N1 flu infections started flooding in from around the world, Bank of Hawaii used the Everbridge incident notification system daily to keep executive management current on the national and international H1N1 flu situation.
