  3n’s Member API and Member Manager enable customers who maintain contact data in an employee directory, ERP system, or human resource system to automate the management of contacts and groups within the 3n mass notification system on-demand or automatically on a scheduled basis.
• Allow your users to update their own contact information from their desktops
  3n’s Member Profile API gives all your contacts the ability to update their own notification contact information in 3n’s system without ever having to leave your network or application.
• Initiate message broadcasts directly from your own systems
  3n’s Broadcast API gives organizations the power to launch broadcasts directly from almost any internal application.
• View reports in existing internal systems
  For complete end-to-end visibility, 3n’s Reporting API returns your broadcast results for display in the application from which you launched the broadcast.
• Generate event-based notifications and recurring alerts
  3n’s Broadcast Manager enables customers to automate and launch notifications—including messages initiated by system events, such as a network outage or detection of unusual activity—using data stored in any application. Broadcast Manager can also be easily integrated with Windows Scheduler to automate routine and recurring notifications to dynamic groups or from dynamic call lists.
