Robert C. Chandler, Ph.D., internationally recognized expert on pandemic communication, designed a complete set of communication message templates and related materials that provide the foundation for organizational communication before, during, and following a pandemic outbreak. Pandemic message templates were created according to the same communication science-based message mapping development process used by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.

Message mapping addresses pandemic challenges by providing you with a roadmap of scenarios in which you need to communicate.
