We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join the Instacom team! Instacom the leading Push to Talk communications company is looking for a Junior Accountant to manage daily financial and accounting tasks in the business. This position is located in Centurion and is a permanent position.

This position is located in Gauteng and is a Permanent employment offer.

BASIC DUTIES

Effectively improving finance relations between the finance function and the rest of the company
Completeness and accuracy of financial balances
Effectively manages ERP system
Completion of projects assigned
Taking part of month end procedures/transactions
Monthly payroll calculations and processing
Application of policies and procedures in Finance department

MINIMUM SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Sound knowledge of internal control
Sound knowledge of IFRS
In depth knowledge of payroll
Sound knowledge of income tax act, VAT act and Companies act
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in reconciliations
Proactive, organised and able to multitask and work well under pressure
Participative and able to work as part of the team
Professional in appearance
Flexible
Computer literacy
Microsoft Office skills
Excel skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
